Profile Information
Your profile information controls how we address you across the platform and where we send important communications.
Here you can update:
- Name — Your display name used in communications and platform interfaces
- Email Address — The primary email used for login and receiving notifications
Make sure to keep your email address up to date so you never miss critical account alerts or dispute notifications.
Notification Settings
We offer fine-grained control over how you receive updates from Podswap. You can differentiate between Email Notifications and App Notifications (push notifications to your desktop or mobile app).
For both email and app notifications, you can toggle specific alert categories:
- Disputes & Issues — Critical alerts regarding contested exchange engagements
- Health Score — Notifications about changes, strikes, or improvements to your account health
- System News — Updates on new features, platform maintenance, and bug fixes
You can also control your Email Frequency with one of three options:
- Disabled — No notification emails will be sent
- Weekly Digest — A weekly summary of all activity (default)
- Monthly Digest — A monthly summary of all activity
Additionally, you can opt in to the Weekly Performance Report, which sends a comprehensive 7-day summary of your growth, engagement, and top-performing content directly to your email.
Update Password
To maintain optimal security, you can change your password at any time. You will need to provide your current password to authorize the change.
We recommend using a password manager to generate and store a long, randomly generated password. If you ever forget your password, you can reset it from the main login screen.
Two Factor Authentication
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an essential layer of security to your account.
When enabled, anyone attempting to log in will need both your password and a temporary verification code generated on a paired device.
To set this up, scan the provided QR code with a trusted authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or Apple Passwords. Ensure you securely store your backup recovery codes — these are the only way to regain access if you lose your 2FA device!
Browser Sessions
This section allows you to monitor and manage where your account is currently logged in.
If you left yourself logged in on a public computer or suspect unauthorized access, you can view a list of recent sessions and choose to Log Out Other Browser Sessions.
Logging out other sessions will invalidate all other active logins across all devices. If you believe your account has been compromised, you should do this immediately and then update your password.
Delete Account
If you wish to leave the platform, you can permanently delete your account and all associated data.
Warning: This action cannot be undone. All of your connected social accounts, earned points, engagement history, and profile data will be permanently and irreversibly removed from our servers.
Before initiating account deletion, please download any data or information that you may want to retain.
