What’s New at Podswap: Latest Features & Fixes

If you have completed all five account setup engagements and your comment check stays inconclusive, you can now finish setup while the check awaits review.

• Your progress is saved: Temporary delays are checked again automatically. You do not need to repeat completed engagements or post duplicate comments.

• No penalty for an unclear result: An inconclusive check does not lower your health score or remove earned points.

If your linked Instagram profile becomes unavailable, its exchanges now pause until the profile is confirmed available again.

• Unused points returned: Unfinished orders are cancelled and only their unused paid portion is refunded. Engagements already delivered remain charged, and your existing point balance is preserved.

• Clear account status: Exchange pages explain when an account is paused. Once the profile is available again, you can use exchanges again; cancelled orders do not restart.

Every comment you mark as done in the Comment Exchange is now checked on the post. If we can't find one, you get a second chance to put it right, and points for confirmed comments now arrive within about an hour.

• Missed Comments page: Find it in the menu alongside your comment history. It lists any comment we couldn't find, with the post and the exact comment. Press Fix it to go through the usual steps for just that post; we check it again about 15 minutes later and the page updates by itself.

• Send a screenshot instead: Posted it but we still can't see it? Send a screenshot. It counts after 24 hours unless the post owner disputes it.

• A heads-up when something needs fixing: A banner on the Comment Exchange page, a count in the menu and a notification tell you when a comment needs attention. You have 3 days to fix it.

• Faster points: Once your comment is confirmed on the post, your points come through within the hour instead of the next day.

• Clearer comment history: Your sent and received comments now show whether a comment was found, is being checked again, or was sent with a screenshot, so you can report one that isn't there.

• Deleted posts come off the exchanges: If a post you queued is deleted from Instagram, we take it off the comment, share and save exchanges within a day, refund the points it hadn't used, and let you know.

• Adding an account: When you add an Instagram account, we check your comment while you finish the last steps and show you the check happening. If it isn't found, you only redo that one comment, not all five. The welcome screen then shows the account you just added, and "Take me to my dashboard" closes it.

This release brings TikTok deeper into your exchange experience, gives you clearer control over your points, and makes setting up exchanges faster. You'll also see new tools for managing your account and keeping your insights accurate.

• Every Exchange Counts On Its Own: Commenting on a post no longer blocks that same post from appearing in Saves or Shares. Each exchange has its own points and its own queue, so you can take part in all of them without one quietly using up your options in another.
• Honest Waiting Times On Your Orders: Any order still waiting on other creators is now clearly marked with how long it has been open, plus a note explaining that your points are safe and the order fills as supply comes in. No more guessing whether something is stuck or simply quiet.
