Comments Manager

The Comments Manager is where you store and configure the comments you want other community members to write on your posts. You can create multiple themed "Groups" of comments (e.g., "Positive Feedback", "Questions about Product") to keep your engagements organized.

When creating a new comment group, you have two options:

1. Auto-Generate with AI — This feature automatically drafts high-quality, relevant comments. You can tell the AI to base the comments on your account profile, a specific post you select, or a custom text description you provide. You can also specify the tone (e.g., hype, professional, funny) and whether or not to include emojis. Auto-generated groups expire after a set time unless you choose to "Keep Forever".

2. Custom / Manual Setup — You manually type or paste a list of comments you've pre-written (one per line). This is the best option when you need exact phrasing for a highly specific marketing campaign.

To ensure variety and prevent spam detection on Instagram, Podswap enforces a strict minimum:

• Every comment group must contain a minimum of 10 unique comments. If you provide 10 comments and request an engagement order of 50 comments, the system will randomly loop through your list to fulfill the order.
• You cannot exceed 100 comments per group.

Be aware: Creating comment groups containing racism, hate speech, bullying, or self-harm will result in an immediate and permanent ban from Podswap.

If you are currently running an active Comments Exchange campaign using one of your comment groups, that group will be marked as Locked. You will be unable to edit or delete the group until the campaign is fully completed. This prevents technical mismatches between your order and the engagement queue.
