What are Engagement Orders?

Every time you spend points to receive engagement (comments, shares, saves, follows, or story views) on an exchange, an Engagement Order is created.

This order tracks the progress of your request as other creators in the network fulfill it. You can see the total number of engagements requested compared to how many have been successfully delivered.

2

How orders are delivered

An order is not delivered in the background over the following days. It is delivered inside a live room — a window that opens when enough creators are ready at the same time, during which everyone present engages with everyone else.

That is why an order can sit untouched and then complete quickly: it is waiting for a room, not for a queue to grind through it. Anything you were owed from before the change is still queued and is delivered in the first rooms that run.

To get an order moving, be in the room. Open the exchange, press I'm ready to engage, and invite other creators — the room opens on headcount, so bringing people is the one thing that genuinely brings it forward.

Order Statuses

Your orders can have one of several statuses depending on their progress:

  • Active — The order is currently in the queue and being fulfilled by the network.
  • Paused — You have temporarily paused the order. It will not receive further engagement until resumed.
  • Completed — All requested engagements have been fully delivered.
  • Cancelled — The order was manually stopped before completion.

Managing Your Orders

While an order is active, you have two primary control options:

  1. Pause/Resume — If you want to temporarily halt engagement (for instance, to space out activity), you can pause the order. Resume it anytime to continue receiving engagement.
  2. Cancel — If you want to permanently stop an order before it finishes, you can cancel it.

Note: When you cancel an active order, any unused points will be automatically refunded to your balance (rounded to the nearest fulfillment unit).

Filtering Your History

By default, the Orders page shows all your past and present orders across all networks. You can use the filter buttons at the top of the history list to quickly narrow down to specific types of engagement, such as just your Comment or Story orders.
