Order Statuses
Collaboration requests cycle through a strict state machine to protect both creators:
- Pending: Waiting for the recipient to respond.
- Counter Proposed: The recipient suggested an alternative post. The initiator must accept.
- Accepted: Ready for execution. The chat opens up.
- Completing: One party has finalized their portion of the swap.
- Completed: Both parties have confirmed completion.

Managing Your Pipeline
Use your orders dashboard to respond to inbound proposals. You can choose to accept, decline, or suggest an alternative piece of media (Counter Propose) if the requested media does not align perfectly with your content strategy.

Cancelling or Disputing
If you are unable to fulfill an order, you should attempt to cancel it as soon as possible and inform your partner via chat. If the other creator fails to deliver as agreed, you can open a dispute. This escalates the thread to a network moderator who will review the chat logs and determine the outcome.
