Communicate directly with your collaboration partners to coordinate deliveries, specific captions, and scheduling.
Direct Communication
Once an order is mutually accepted, a direct chat channel will unlock between you and your swap partner. This space should be used to hash out any exact captions to use, tagging requirements, or exact posting schedules.
Moderator Interventions
If a dispute is raised from the Orders dashboard, a site moderator will be pulled into your chat. A dedicated Moderator Thread will appear in your inbox. Please keep all evidence and communication strictly to these official threads as moderators cannot review outside contexts (like Instagram DMs).
Safety and Guidelines
Professionalism is expected at all times. Do not share sensitive account information. Harassment, threats, or bypassing the PodSwap network requirements via direct chat will result in an immediate permanent ban without appeal.
